Code and Normal Balance are suggested automatically based on Type — you can override the code if you'd rather use a specific number. Check "Subscriptions live here" if this category will hold recurring memberships/subscriptions (like a custom "Gym" or "Cloud Storage" category) so Subscription Manager picks them up.

Tax computation

Malaysia resident individual rates (unchanged from YA2023 to YA2026). Reliefs are totalled from the tax tags on your transactions by assessment year and cap at that year's limit. Planning template — not a filed return; check LHDN's table before filing.

Statements

Trial balance, income & expenses and balance sheet for any period, plus the annual report and the monthly review.

Month close

Close each month in order — review, reconcile, check, lock, back up — then keep the audit trail and time machine here.

Bank reconciliation

Compare your book balance against a real bank/e-wallet statement, and check off entries as verified.

Period lock

Once you've reconciled a period, lock it — entries dated on or before the lock date can no longer be edited, deleted, or backdated into. Keeps your books honest, audit-style.

Audit Trail last 40 actions

Every edit, delete, restore, lock, and clear is logged automatically. A snapshot is taken before your first edit each day (kept 7 days) — rows from the last 7 days show a Restore button to roll back to that point.
